After leaving work we went to Poland for almost 3 weeks ,which is quite unusual, especially for me...
We had a great time visiting our parents and old friends.
This time we've even managed to go to the Polish Tatra mountains, which I wanted to do for a long time. The attached picture is from the mountains.
Despite all the walking in the mountains I've already managed to put on 0.5 stone of extra weight. It looks like Karl might be on to a winner with his prediction...
Off to catch the plane now. Rio, baby Rio!
